Using Rotachrome
You may use Rotachrome only if you can form a binding agreement and you follow these terms and applicable law.
You are responsible for your account, your use of the service, and the content you create, save, share, export, or submit.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You keep ownership of palettes, prompts, names, descriptions, exports, and other content you create or submit.
You grant Rotachrome the rights needed to host, process, display, share, generate, export, and otherwise operate the service for your content.
Do not submit content that infringes others' rights, violates law, contains malware, exposes secrets, or includes sensitive personal information you are not allowed to process.
AI output
AI-generated names, descriptions, palettes, and suggestions may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it in production, branding, accessibility-sensitive work, or client deliverables.
Paid features
Paid plans, pricing, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes are handled through the checkout and billing provider shown at purchase.
Access to paid features may change if a payment fails, a subscription is canceled, or a plan is modified.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape in violation of posted limits, bypass access controls, share credentials, or use Rotachrome to violate law or others' rights.
We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect Rotachrome, users, service providers, or the public.
Availability and changes
Rotachrome is provided as available. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued over time.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page or providing another reasonable notice.
Disclaimers and limits
Rotachrome is provided without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rotachrome will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
